The program
This is not a campaign to win clients. It is an invitation to build.
The ORNAPRODU Founding Companies Program is a selective admission initiative for organizations that want to take part in developing and validating tools for business competitiveness and sustainability.
Participating companies will be able to identify opportunities for improvement, receive initial guidance, join training activities, and contribute their experience to the evolution of the methodology.
The first generation will help document business needs, assess the usefulness of the tools, and establish a foundation for future editions.
“We are not only looking for companies interested in receiving a service. We are looking for organizations willing to participate actively in a process of improvement and methodological development.”
An initial reading of strengths, gaps, and priorities.
Activities that turn findings into action.
Validating and improving the tools through real experience.
Documenting progress when sufficient data exists.
Why participate
The value of the program is not a promise of results, but the work itself: understanding, prioritizing, and learning.
Use the pre-assessment to explore strengths, gaps, and areas that could benefit from an intervention.
Receive initial guidance to identify actions that can become part of an improvement plan.
Join training activities focused on competitiveness, innovation, and sustainability.
Share observations about the tools and your sector’s needs to help improve future versions of the program.
Be part of an early stage of business development that will document lessons and opportunities for future collaborations.
Organizations that meet the requirements may receive the institutional recognition corresponding to their participation in the first generation.
The scope of the benefits will depend on the agreed participation option and the tools effectively available.
How it works
Each stage has a clear purpose. The final scope is agreed in writing before participation is confirmed.

An initial evaluation to identify strengths, gaps, and potential areas for improvement.
A review of the findings and the selection of priorities, according to the scope of the assessment.
Training activities designed to turn findings into action.
Definition of priority actions, owners, and indicators where applicable.
Review of progress and documentation of lessons learned.
Collecting observations to evaluate the methodology and guide the development of future tools.
Participation
These are not tiers of prestige. They are different forms of collaboration, with scope and conditions agreed case by case.

Recognition
Recognition of actual participation. Not a certification, not a guarantee of results.
Organizations that meet the participation conditions may receive institutional recognition for being part of the first generation of the program.
The recognition is intended to identify the organizations that took part in this development stage and contributed under the agreed conditions.
When sufficient information exists, ORNAPRODU may prepare results reports documenting the progress observed in the indicators selected for each organization. Results will depend on initial conditions, the activities carried out, and the implementation of recommendations.
Acknowledges the organization’s participation in the first generation once the program conditions have been met.
Documents the progress observed in the agreed indicators when sufficient data exists to evaluate them. Not every organization will have the same indicators, and improvements are not guaranteed.
The recognition does not constitute a certification of quality, sustainability, regulatory compliance, or business performance.
