ORNAPRODU Founding Companies Program

First Generation

The companies that help build better opportunities for the productive sector.

ORNAPRODU is inviting a select group of companies interested in strengthening their capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the development of a competitiveness and business sustainability methodology.

We are looking for organizations committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and measurable results. The first generation will take part in a program that combines assessment, training, methodology development, and the evaluation of improvement opportunities.

The program

A first generation to build, validate, and improve.

This is not a campaign to win clients. It is an invitation to build.

The ORNAPRODU Founding Companies Program is a selective admission initiative for organizations that want to take part in developing and validating tools for business competitiveness and sustainability.

Participating companies will be able to identify opportunities for improvement, receive initial guidance, join training activities, and contribute their experience to the evolution of the methodology.

The first generation will help document business needs, assess the usefulness of the tools, and establish a foundation for future editions.

“We are not only looking for companies interested in receiving a service. We are looking for organizations willing to participate actively in a process of improvement and methodological development.”

The purpose of the program
01

Assessment

An initial reading of strengths, gaps, and priorities.

02

Training

Activities that turn findings into action.

03

Methodology

04

Evaluation

How it works

Why participate

An opportunity to assess your organization and contribute to the development of new business tools.

The value of the program is not a promise of results, but the work itself: understanding, prioritizing, and learning.

Share observations about the tools and your sector’s needs to help improve future versions of the program.

05

Take part in a first generation

Be part of an early stage of business development that will document lessons and opportunities for future collaborations.

06

Be recognized for your participation

Organizations that meet the requirements may receive the institutional recognition corresponding to their participation in the first generation.

The scope of the benefits will depend on the agreed participation option and the tools effectively available.

How it works

A structured process that moves from assessment to action.

Each stage has a clear purpose. The final scope is agreed in writing before participation is confirmed.

Recognition

ORNAPRODU Founding Company Recognition

Recognition of actual participation. Not a certification, not a guarantee of results.

Organizations that meet the participation conditions may receive institutional recognition for being part of the first generation of the program.

The recognition is intended to identify the organizations that took part in this development stage and contributed under the agreed conditions.

When sufficient information exists, ORNAPRODU may prepare results reports documenting the progress observed in the indicators selected for each organization. Results will depend on initial conditions, the activities carried out, and the implementation of recommendations.
